By downloading, installing, or using KRU: AI Personal Assistant (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

KRU is an AI-powered personal assistant mobile application that provides:

• AI chat powered by OpenAI GPT-4o
• Voice interaction powered by OpenAI Realtime API
• Daily morning briefings
• Google Calendar and Tasks integration
• Task and reminder management
• Email and message drafting assistance

You must be at least 13 years old to use KRU. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• KRU uses Google Sign-In for authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• KRU may offer a free trial period for Pro features
• After the trial period, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed as stated in the App at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

You agree not to:

• Use KRU for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App
• Use KRU to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass any subscription or paywall mechanisms
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App

• KRU uses AI to generate responses, drafts, briefings, and summaries
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses
• Do not rely on KRU for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice

KRU integrates with third-party services including OpenAI and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

• The KRU app, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of content you create using KRU (tasks, reminders, messages)
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of KRU.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hellokru@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KRU after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.
