• Voice recordings when using voice mode
• Tasks, reminders, and calendar data you create or connect

• Google Account ID and profile details
• Device type and operating system version
• App usage patterns and session data
• Firebase authentication tokens

Information from third-party services:

• Google Calendar events (read-only, when you connect)
• Google Tasks (read and write, when you connect)

• Provide AI-powered responses via OpenAI GPT-4o
• Transcribe voice input via OpenAI Whisper
• Generate your daily morning briefing
• Sync and manage your Google Calendar and Tasks
• Store your conversation history and reminders
• Deliver local alarm notifications for reminders
• Improve and maintain the app

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud, US region)
• Conversation history is retained until you delete your account
• Daily briefings are cached in Firestore for 24 hours
• Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hellokru@gmail.com

When you connect Google Calendar and Tasks, KRU requests:

• Read access to your Google Calendar events
• Full access to your Google Tasks (create, edit, delete)

You may revoke these permissions at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.

KRU is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format
