End User License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install KRU on devices you own or control
• Use KRU for your personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or distribute the App.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Transfer the license to any other person or entity
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written consent

KRU and all copies thereof are proprietary to us and title thereto remains with us. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the App is transferred to you.

• We may release updates, patches, or new versions of KRU at any time
• Updates may be required to continue using the App
• We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time with reasonable notice

If you downloaded KRU from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following applies:

• This EULA is between you and us only, not Apple or Google
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for KRU
• Apple and Google are not responsible for any claims related to KRU
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA

Your use of KRU is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using KRU, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

KRU is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI outputs, or non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for damages exceeding the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRU App, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of this EULA.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding KRU and supersedes all prior agreements.
